3. Investment Risks & Disclaimers

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital

4. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating a strong, unique password and keeping it secure
• Enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced security
• Not sharing your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices

BitQuantum Investments shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain account security. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

5.1 Deposits: All deposits must be made using legitimate funds from lawful sources. We employ strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures. We reserve the right to:

• Verify the source of deposited funds
• Request additional documentation for verification purposes
• Reject or reverse deposits suspected of illegal activity
• Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities

5.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours, subject to verification and security checks. Withdrawals are sent to the cryptocurrency wallet address you specify. 6. Investment Plans & Terms

All investment plans are subject to the specific terms, conditions, and profit percentages displayed at the time of investment. By participating in any investment plan, you agree that:

• Investment terms are locked at the time of activation and cannot be modified
• Active investments continue under their original terms until maturity
• Early withdrawal may result in forfeiture of profits and principal
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue plans for new investments
• Profits are calculated based on the terms specified at investment activation

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activities that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral programs or promotions
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt platform security or operations
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violating intellectual property rights or reverse engineering our software
• Engaging in market manipulation or fraudulent trading practices
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other users

Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension, termination, asset freezing, and legal action. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Platform without prior written consent, except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITQUANTUM INVESTMENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, errors, or technical malfunctions
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Acts of God, government restrictions, or force majeure events
• Third-party actions, including network failures or hacking attempts

Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the total amount of your active investments on the Platform. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved as follows:

11.1 Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our support team at info@bitqinv.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days.

11.2 Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the laws of the United States. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in the English language.

11.3 Class Action Waiver: You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Material changes may be communicated via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue using our services and may request account closure.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to return your funds, subject to applicable fees, legal obligations, and investigation outcomes. You may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BitQuantum Investments.

14.3 No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

14.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
